Link Users
Important step linking children to their caregiver and/or teacher ensuring both proper survey assignment for caregivers and teachers and that caregiver and teacher data will be linked to corresponding child(ren).
- Open the newly downloaded CSV from Add Users step
- Complete the caregiverId and/or teacherId fields for each child userType with the caregiver id or teacher id that corresponds to the particular child. These fields remain blank for caregiver and teacher userType.
- Save changes and upload spreadsheet in CSV format
- Click “Start Linking” button
- Message will appear (green box) when linking is complete
