Description
This task, known in the scientific literature as the Test for Reception of Grammar (TROG), measures understanding of grammatical contrasts. Children are presented with four pictures per item along with a short verbal description indicating which picture to select that best matches the description (e.g. “the dog is sitting”; “the cup is in the box”).
