Caregiver Surveys
These are the surveys that caregivers complete on their own via a computer/tablet or by interview. A primary caregiver for each participant completes a survey about the participating child, their home environment, and themselves. This person could be the mother, father, or other primary caregiver who knows the child well. Caregiver survey questions address the following broad categories: Child Health/Well-Being, Home Environment, and Caregiver Well-Being.
